Description
Broaden your repertoire by learning to make an iconic Spanish rice dish filled with a variety of seafood. As you and your teammates produce this iconic dish that is perfect for feeding the family or casual entertaining, you’ll discover the secret to forming the socarrat or crunchy rice that develops on the bottom of the pan. While the paella simmers, you’ll make and enjoy two small plates and whip up a simple but stunning dessert.
For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You’ll enjoy a glass of Spanish wine with your meal.
