We are excited you have decided to play ultimate with SportsLink! Check out the information below in order to sign up as an individual player.

How It Works:

The form you will fill out with your payment will have the following information you will need to provide.

• Name
• Email
• Address
• Phone Number
• Birthdate
• T-shirt Size
• Notes – any information you feel we need to know, such as playing with another specific individual (this is not guaranteed), etc.

Basic League Info:

• 7 game season plus playoffs
• Start Date: Monday, September 16th
• Typical Game Start Times : 6:30pm-9:30pm
• Cost is $75. Includes league fee, 90 day SportsLink Passport and team t-shirt. (If you have an active passport, we will add 90 days to the expiration date on your passport).
• Game Location: Park Road Park

The SportsLink Ultimate Frisbee league teams are formed based on individual signups during a Draft Party.
