Description
Discover the characteristics of a well-made knife, how to care for your equipment and how to position your hands to chop like a pro. After learning to slice, dice, peel and julienne, the results of your hard work become a meal.
For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You’ll enjoy a glass of wine with your meal at the end of class.
Note: You will focus on knife skills in this class so you will not be cooking in this class.

Our instructors will make a seasonal meal from the vegetables and fruit used in class.

At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
