Description
Set aside a little time to learn to make these small plates that come from a variety of countries that surround the Mediterranean Sea. You’ll make a healthy dip that features roasted eggplant; toss together a bulgur wheat salad; try your hand at creating and grilling meatballs; grill chicken marinated with sage; simmer shrimp in a flavorful tomato sauce; and end the meal with a delightful dessert.
For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You’ll enjoy a glass of wine paired with your meal.
