Laminated Pastries Intensive

Learn how to make professional level laminated doughs for making croissants and danish pastries with us!
In this class you’ll spend a half day with us learning how to make, shape and bake beautiful laminated doughs. We’ll make croissants, pain au chocolat, and filled danishes and show you our techniques for getting the flakiest, most buttery and delicious pastries.
You’ll be able to use the dough recipe for a variety of things in the future! You will go home with freshly baked pastries and croissant dough to practice at home! There will be a 20 minute break during class to enjoy lunch or a snack and drink in the neighborhood.
No refunds for this class, but you can give your ticket to a friend or family member if you cannot use it.
