Italian Fresh Pasta

For ages 18 & up
Description
In this basic pasta class, you’ll master the art of making, rolling, and forming your own fresh pasta from scratch and creating a few of the sauces that complement them. You’ll make the dough; form thin noodles, wide noodles, and sheets of pasta; and create three quick sauces. As class ends, you’ll sample the results of your efforts.
For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You’ll enjoy a glass of wine as you sample the variety of pastas made.

At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
