Let’s join Whitney while we learn about masting motivation. Motivation is not a one-size-fits-all method. Leaders often fail to motivate action, not for lack of effort, but for lack of individual self awareness, understanding and support. Adding to that challenge, 95t of us think we are self-aware, while data shows only 10-15% of us actually are. It is the most natural and comfortable for us to do things how we’ve always done them, and see things how we’ve always seen them. Up until now.
