Description

Celebrate Women’s History Month with us as you sample two sparkling wines and a champagne paired with three cheeses – all women-owned or made by women. You’ll enjoy a prosecco with crisp minerality and lively bubbles which complements a cow’s milk cheese with a bloomy rind and a rich, buttery taste; the crisp and delicate notes of a California sparkling wine made in the style of champagne paired with a fennel pollen- and herb-dusted goat cheese from an iconic cheese maker in Indiana; and a classic, luxurious French champagne with a semi-firm, aged, cows-milk cheese from San Antonio. 

For ages 21 & up.

  • Nettle Meadow Farm Sugar Loaf paired with La Brezza Prosecco, DOC, Veneto

  • Capriole Goat Cheese Tea Rose paired with Paula Kornell Brut, California

  • River Whey Creamery’s Keystone paired with Taittinger Prestige Blanc Brut, France

Safety & Precautions

  • At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

  • For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
