Description

Celebrate the sweet success of Queen Esther by learning to make these seemingly simple cookies with a fantastic heritage. The dough and fillings will be ready and waiting; you will focus on shaping and filling these tender delicacies. Tradition would dictate poppy seed or plum fillings, but we’ll show you how to make three alternatives that you’ll use to create your pastries.

For ages 13 and up. Children 17 & younger must be accompanied by an adult. Each attendee must purchase a ticket.

Shape and fill Hamantaschen with

• Caramelized Onions with Dates

• Salted Caramel

• Hazelnut Chocolate Spread

Your creations will be baked off and sent home with you while warm.

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
