It may always be five o’clock somewhere, but THE place to spend the second Thursday of every month? The Central Market Cooking School! Add a standing date to your calendar to meet up with friends and make new ones at our casual, come-and-go social hour crafted especially for food lovers. (Note: Technically our social “hour” lasts 1.5 hours, but whose counting?)

Every month, we’ll feature a selection of wines, beer, a mocktail, and small plates to enjoy. No formal instruction – it’s all about gathering with fellow food friends – but who know who you might meet? Visiting wine makers, mixologists, local chefs, and producers may pop in, and you know how they love to talk about food, and wine, and pairings… !

Join us this month as we explore a variety of small plates, dips, and appetizers created by Women chefs, cookbook authors, and recipe developers in honor of Women’s History Month.

The recipes for each dish will be available and our Cooking School Instructors will be on hand to answer any questions that you might have.

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
