Description
Lighter than sandwiches and almost as easy to create, these wraps and rolls offer a variety of flavors and textures in every bite. You’ll perfect the techniques that produce these light, protein- and veggie-stuffed lettuce wraps, egg rolls, and summer rolls along with two complementary sauces. As class ends, you’ll sit down to enjoy your handiwork.
For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You’ll enjoy a glass of wine paired with your meal.
