For ages 18 & up
Description
Learn more about the various cuts as you create five delightful dishes. Working with a small team, you will learn to skewer pieces o leg of lamb; rib chops; lamb shanks; and ground lamb. As class ends, you’ll enjoy a lamb-filled feast.
For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You’ll enjoy a glass of wine to complement your creations.
